Important Notes

​

    1.    Twinkle Coins can only be used in the three play zones (playground, DIY, arcade). They can’t be used in the café or vending machines.

    2.    Gift cards never expire.

    3.    Physical gift cards must be picked up in-store.

    •    After you buy one, we’ll send you a digital code or email confirmation to claim it in-store or use it to book a party room online.

    4.    Sales tax is applied when you use the gift card in-store. Think of it as preloaded cash.

    5.    No refunds are available for gift cards.

Party Policies and Rules

​

1. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the party.

2.Outside food and drinks are permitted to the party only; please adhere to food safety regulations.

3. The designated dining area is reserved for 1.5 hours, but playtime is unlimited.

4. Decorations are permitted; however, fines may be applied for any damages incurred.

5. Our staff takes care of post-party cleanup. However, we kindly ask that confetti not be used. If used inside the designated party area, a $200 cleaning fee applies, and a $400 cleaning fee applies if used in other areas in the playground.

6. If you have any special requests or accommodations needed for the party, please inform the playground staff in

advance. Enjoy! 

7.You will have 15 minutes before your reserved party time to decorate, as well as 15 minutes afterward to cleanup. Our staff will be available to assist you with the cleanup process. For parties starting at 10am, you can arrive at 9:30am and inform our staff that you’re here to decorate. They will grant you early access to the store before the official opening time. 

8.Please bring grippy socks and remind your guests to do the same if you have a pair at home, as they are required for safety and entry to the playground. If not, no worries—we sell grippy socks onsite featuring our cute logo for $3.

 9.Please park in the green section of our underground parking for unlimited play if you plan to stay for more than two hours. The ground-level parking has a strict two-hour limit, and exceeding it may result in a ticket. Kindly remind your guests to park underground as well.

10. IMPORTANT: Please sign the waivers and take a screenshot in advance. Share the waiver link with your guests to help shorten the check-in time when all the kids arrive on site. ​One waiver per child is required.

11. If you’d like your guests to enter the play areas before you arrive to purchase admission tickets, please let us know in advance with their names and the play section you’d like them to access. Otherwise, they will need to wait for your arrival.

12. Kindly note that all recharged packages are non-refundable

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

• Requests to reschedule a party must be made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability. The first rescheduling is free, with a $30 fee for subsequent requests.

Cancellation Policy
   1.    Cancellation Fee: Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of when they occur. This fee is a transaction cost imposed by our payment processor, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive it.
   2.    Cancellation Timeline: To receive a full refund (minus the cancellation fee), cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your reservation date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the reservation are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled.
   3.    No Exceptions: We kindly ask for your understanding that we must follow these guidelines for all cancellations, as we are unable to make exceptions.
