When visiting Twinkle Land, please remember the following guidelines and restrictions:

 

1. Waivers must be signed before entering the play area. 

2. Parental supervision is mandatory; please never leave children unattended. 

3. All kids entering the playground zone must wear grip socks to prevent injuries and maintain cleanliness. 

4. Food and drinks are only allowed in designated dining areas.  Outside food is only allowed for birthday parties. For regular visits, outside food is not permitted.

5. Play nicely with others and use equipment as intended. Pushing, shouting or roughhousing will not be permitted. 

6. Please follow all posted rules and instructions provided by staff. 

7. Keep bracelets/bands on until you leave. 

8. Your safety is our priority! Please report any broken equipment or unsafe conditions to our staff immediately. 

9. For the well-being of all visitors, individuals who are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness are kindly asked to refrain from visiting the playground until they have fully recovered. 

10. Have fun and enjoy your time at our playground! We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

11. For all guests, we recommend parking in the underground garage for unlimited hours. Please note that above-ground parking is limited to 2 hours. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
