Service Description

Hosting a birthday party at Twinkle Land is a delightful experience! Here’s everything you need to know to plan an unforgettable celebration: Dining Area: Your party will have access to a semi-private dining space featuring 9 tables, a stage, and a TV for showcasing your custom videos or photos. The space is reserved exclusively for you for 1.5 hours at a rate of $380. If you need more time, an additional hour is available for $150. This area comfortably accommodates up to 48 seated guests, with extra space for additional adults to stand if necessary. Activities: Fun at Twinkle Land involves using Twinkle Coins, which are purchased at the register. These coins are separate from the dining area reservation fee. Here’s the breakdown: - Playground access: 32 Twinkle Coins per guest - DIY Zone: 23 Twinkle Coins per guest - Arcade games: 2 to 5 Twinkle Coins each If you want to book a party for 10 guests, here is an example of the total spending: For a party of 10 guests, your total cost would be around $680. This includes the $380 reservation fee for the dining area and $300 for Twinkle Coins. The $300 recharge gives you 370 Twinkle Coins, leaving you with some extra for future use. To check the details of the Twinkle Coins recharge, refer to the pricing section. Please note that Twinkle Coins can only be purchased at the playground. The birthday child receives one free entrance to the playground on the party day. Food Services: You’re welcome to bring your own catering or order from our cafe. If you choose to order from our cafe for your party, you’ll receive a 20% discount on all orders. If you plan to dine with us, please inform us of any food restrictions and place your order at least 7 days before the party. Please note that alcohol is not allowed in the playground. Birthday Cake: Celebrate with a custom birthday cake! We offer a selection of cakes that can be ordered online. Make sure to place your cake order at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll have it delivered to the playground on the day of your party. With these details in mind, you’re all set for a fantastic party at Twinkle Land. Enjoy the celebration and create lasting memories with your guests! NOTE: Please keep in mind the playground is designed for children aged 1-10 years. There is no age restriction for the DIY or arcade sections.

Cancellation Policy

1.Requests to reschedule a party must be made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date. 2. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The first rescheduling is free, with a $30 fee for subsequent requests. 3.Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fee: Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of when they occur. This fee is a transaction cost imposed by our payment processor, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive it. Cancellation Timeline: To receive a full refund (minus the cancellation fee), cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your reservation date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the reservation are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled. No Exceptions: We kindly ask for your understanding that we must follow these guidelines for all cancellations, as we are unable to make exceptions. Party Policies and Rules

​

1. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the party.

2.Outside food and drinks are permitted to the party only; please adhere to food safety regulations.

3. The designated dining area is reserved for 1.5 hours, but playtime is unlimited.

4. Decorations are permitted; however, fines may be applied for any damages incurred.

5. Our staff takes care of post-party cleanup. However, we kindly ask that confetti not be used. If used inside the designated party area, a $200 cleaning fee applies, and a $400 cleaning fee applies if used in other areas in the playground.

6. If you have any special requests or accommodations needed for the party, please inform the playground staff in

advance. Enjoy! 

7.You will have 15 minutes before your reserved party time to decorate, as well as 15 minutes afterward to cleanup. Our staff will be available to assist you with the cleanup process. For parties starting at 10am, you can arrive at 9:30am and inform our staff that you’re here to decorate. They will grant you early access to the store before the official opening time. 

8.The playground requires grip socks for both children and adults. Please remember to bring your own grip socks and kindly remind your guests to do the same. Grip socks are also available at Twinkle Land Play cafe for a fee.

 9.Please park in the green section of our underground parking for unlimited play if you plan to stay for more than two hours. The ground-level parking has a strict two-hour limit, and exceeding it may result in a ticket. Kindly remind your guests to park underground as well.

10. IMPORTANT: Please sign the waivers and take a screenshot in advance. Share the waiver link with your guests to help shorten the check-in time when all the kids arrive on site. ​One waiver per child is required.
