Recharge Package (Save More - visit our Pricing Page or ask our front desk team for details.) 🔹 Choose the $300 package to receive: 300 coins + 70 bonus coins = 370 Twinkle Coins in total 🔹 This package can cover the 336 coins needed for the party. 370 coins - 336 coins = 34 coins will remain on your membership card for future use. 🔹 Twinkle Coins never expire. ⭐Birthday child receives free playground admission. Cancellation Policy
Regular Parties 1. Requests to reschedule a party must be made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date. 2. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The first rescheduling is free, with a $30 fee for subsequent requests. 3.Cancellation Policy *Cancellation Fee: Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of when they occur. This fee is a transaction cost imposed by our payment processor, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive it. *Cancellation Timeline: To receive a full refund (minus the cancellation fee), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your reservation date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled. *No Exceptions: We kindly ask for your understanding that we must follow these guidelines for all cancellations, as we are unable to make exceptions.
